PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS POLICY

  • Full payment required at time of booking, except when departure is 90 or more days from date of reservation and permitted by the airline automated fare timelimit.
  • $750.00 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit required at time of booking – FLIGHTS ONLY
  • $1000.00 or up to 50% per person (Whichever is greater) non-refundable/non-transferable itinerary planning deposit required at time of booking – PACKAGED HOLIDAYS/PRIVATE ITINERARY.
  • All fares and prices are guaranteed only once paid in full AND supplier paid.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES POLICY

  • If you cancel or amend your booking at any time or for any reason, you will be responsible for any cancellation fees charged by the travel supplier, plus a cancellation fee charged by us equivalent to 30% of the total booking value. This cancellation fee reflects a genuine pre-estimate of our costs for processing and managing the changes to, or cancellation of, your booking.
  • If your booking is cancelled by the travel supplier, you may be entitled to a refund or travel credit issued by the travel supplier pursuant to its cancellation policy, less any applicable service or cancellation fees charged by us, and/or unrecoverable costs incurred by us in relation to your booking. Where a refund is available under the travel supplier’s cancellation policy, and you seek a refund, we will only be able to remit the refunded amount to you after we receive the funds from the relevant travel supplier.
  • If your booking is cancelled and/or amended as a result of a cause outside the travel supplier’s reasonable control which could not be prevented or avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken by the travel supplier (including but not limited to the COVID 19 pandemic) (“Intervening Cause”), we will provide you with a credit for the FULL amount that you paid to us in connection with the affected booking. Such credit is valid for 24 months and may be used as payment for any future bookings that you make through us. Such booking must however be of an equivalent value or higher of the original booking.
  • Amendment to existing to existing booking $300 per person fee applies, plus any other charges at time of amendment. Please be advised that in the event you request any amendments and change your mind afterwards, you still will be liable for the amendment fee regardless whether you proceed or not.
