  1. We arrange (medical) emergency travel/ evacuation services, including transfers to hospitals, booking of medical appointments including interpreters, accommodations for loved ones, on behalf of the French Government, as we speak also fluently French.
  2. Our 24hr service has enabled us to promptly solve unforeseen challenges, such as illness, our customers had faced during their holidays. We have transferred these valuable skills into the context of repatriation.
  3. Nicolas Delacharlerie was a member of the aviation crisis management team at Swiss Air and significantly contributed in the dealings with organizational matters and also humanitarian tasks.
  4. Therefore, we have extensive experience in dealings with governmental bodies, consulates, and embassies.
