Why do I have to provide the passport details of all travellers/passengers?

The passport entails information about whether a person is qualified to enter Australia.

What do I need to do along the process?

All passengers require a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months.
Please remain contactable throughout repatriation process via phone and/or email.
Please keep in mind, that flight seats are in high demand, so we can hold seats for a limited time only.
Evidence of valid COVID-19 PCR test result not older than 72 hrs of day & time of departure
Compliance with the AUS travel declaration (https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/australia-travel-declaration) between 72hrs and not later than 7 days prior to date & time of scheduled departure
Wear mask during along the travel
Evidence of valid travel exemption (https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/travel-restrictions) as required

Will my booking go ahead?

Flights are booked on availability, rather than on overbooking (more seats booked than available)
World Travel Connections uses a specific flight reservation operating system, directly linked to the respective airline’s reservation system, reflecting 24/7 live seat availability.
We ensure that transit requirements at time of booking are being met.
World Travel Connections is booking flights at a higher fare only to significantly reduce the risk of cancellation based on discussions with airlines that flights at cheaper fare will be likely cancelled first when indicated.
In the unlikely event of flight cancellation, you will be offered a credit voucher of the equivalent paid value.
